- Open the phone app
- Tap the number from your recent calls
- Tap the three-dot menu icon
- Select Block number
- Tap BLOCK

Will the blocked caller be sent to voicemail like on most phones, or are they completely blocked?
Good question. I'm not sure.
Probably just rejects the call automatically, so it may go to voice-mail, depending on the network options you've got setup. I think just about all phones have unwanted incoming call number blocking features like this.
That particular incoming call even though it was a local number for Jinan, I didn't answer when I saw it was tagged as "Harassing call". If it came in repeatedly, I'd definitely block it
