LG is a lot better now

I ordered the LG optimus g e970 for my wife and I and we both love it we are on net10 att service and cannot complain. I am coming from a Samsung galaxy s2 epic 4g touch on virgin mobile and my wife is coming from Kyocera event on virgin mobile so the service alone is enough reason for the jump we made. This phone is very nice we have had them for a week and it is better than any phone I have ever had and on jellybean this phone everything works just how it should except my GPS. My wife's GPS is fine but mine is another story I have to connect to WiFi to get it to say where I am otherwise it tells me I'm 10 miles away from where I really am.

I also came from the epic 4g touch so I can identify. However in my case that Samsung had terrible gps performance and the Optimus G vastly outperforms it. You might take it back for a replacement.

You might also download the app GPS test and see on both phones how many satellites they see outside.

Thank you I will try gps test and it only seems to do that to me when I am at home. Any other place it is accurate.
