LG K20 "Mobile date off" notification won't won't go away !

"Mobile data is off"
I can't dismiss or wipe away that Notification on my LG V20 phone.I'm not sure if this matters but my wireless Service plan is with AT&T (6gb's of 4g data per month yada yada yada.) Nothing works..

Reboot?
Factory reset the phone?

Try rebooting it. Also try to hold on the notification and see if u get any options to disable it.

I figured out how so do to it. Press or swipe the notification until you see " more settings". That will bring you to the call app. From the call app you want to clear the cache or clear data.
And wa-la. The notification goes awag
