LG k30 with 7.1.2 can't add Onedrive

I was using Onedrive on my LG K30 until I changed some permissions. Now when I try to login to Onedrive, I get the error message "we could not sign you in … there may be issues with the account manager on your device." So I tried to "add account" but it will not let me. Also I can't use other Microsoft apps.

I have a LG Stylo 4 (Onedrive works) and compared permissions and they are the same.

Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Have you tried going to apps, onedrive, clear cache, clear data?

I did that but it didn't work. Also I deleted the app then installed it again but no luck.
