Help Lg l20 screen locking during calls

Hello, I'm really new to this, but i have the above mobile. When i go to top up and need to use the keypad it asks me to unlock, which Ido, then 2 or 3 seconds later it's locked again, can i stop this happening? Many thanks

Same thing happens to my partners lg l20, were you able to resolve this?

Search the Play Store for "no lock" - once upon a time, I had one that would let you override the lock on a per app basis, if my memory serves me right.

Anyway, that's probably a good place to start if no one has a proper answer for you.
