I have a shortcut on the home screen of my LG L40 phone to an Excel file located on my SD card. Sometimes when I try to activate it, I get a message which says 'File can't be opened - Lack of storage space'. This is despite there being at least 400MB in the main storage and 14GB on the SD card. The file size is only about 50KB. If I go in to the Settings area and de-mount the SD card and then mount the SD card again, the shortcut works fine. Is there any way of curing this very annoying problem?
