Help Lg L40 soft brick

Phone is stuck on bootloader.Adb commands dont work,device is found but adb devices reads it as unauthorised/offline and i cant get into recovery via the power button/vol down .Pls help
 
Tnx a lot.Didnt realise that the way to get in cwm was a bit different from my last phone since all this time i did it only using adb(feeling so dumb right now).You have no idea how frustrating these 3 hours ware for me.Just finished restoring the system.Thank you.
