You can install large games directly from the SD card with the app Folder mount. Just create the source folder that the app's additional data would normally be stored to(in GTA SA's case the obb folder "com.rockstar...."), and link that folder to one in the SD card(the folder with the actual game data) with Folder mount and you're good to go. No need to mess around with memory swap tricks.

Ok have sd card partition for link to sd.. was wondering were should i put the san andreas file ? On first or 2nd partition? :O and do i keep the apk file on internal? Please let me know thanks;)

Also.. i cant figure this out::((::((
I have tried everything.. used file explore used link to sd used foldermount i havemy sd card partitioned into 2 parts so when i go to foldermount i cant figure this crap out for nothing i get the andreas file on my sd card using my computer i then download apk to my phone idk how to link the file on my sd card witch is my caches for andreaus to my internal apk .. everutime i creat a folder in my enternal as com.rockstargames.gtasa i then try to find the cauche files and idk how to find them.. please if you can give me a step by step with lgl70 with link2sd and 2nd partition already id be much abliged.. everytime i download san andreas on my sd card then apk onto enternal just cant figure out this foldermount process. I kneel down to who ever can help me..

Okay here is how you do it.

First(if you haven't already), install the GTA SA apk file and select done, do not open it yet.

Second, create the obb folder that GTA SA's obb file would normally put into. That folder is named "com.rockstargames.gtasa" and it goes in sdcard0/Android/obb.

Third, create the same folder and put in the Android/obb folder on your external card. If you don't see it, create it with that exact spelling. Make sure the "Android" folder itself is in the root directory of your external SD card.

Fourth, place the GTA SA obb file(and any other files that are needed) in the "com.rockstargames.gtasa" folder you created in your external SD card. As a reminder, that should be located in the Android/obb folder in your external sd card's root directory.

Fifth, launch folder mount(and only use this app to do this), tap the "+" icon at the top right corner of the screen. Name the game GTA SA(or whatever you want), then tap on(or right below) "Source" and select the "com.rockstar..." folder in the internal obb folder and tap the check mark icon to the right of the folder+ icon at the top right corner of the screen. Folder mount will ask if you want it to automatically create the destination folder. Answer yes. Then tap the "+" icon. Right after that, tap the thumb tack icon right next "GTA SA"(Or whatever you named it). That thumb tack icon should be green, signalling that both folders are now linked. Close foldermount and you're done!

Lastly, launch the GTA SA app and it should load the game itself. If you have anymore questions or issues, feel free to ask. Once you get the hang of it, you can use this method to install any large app from the external SD card.

Me to thanks again.. i think i need a new kernal or somthing because the game lags alot.. i had to turn down all settings just to play cuz i could not even play due to all the lag but now the game looks real crappy.. but atlesti can play. :)

Yeah, it seems Snapdragon 400 and 200 devices(what powers the L70) struggle a bit to play San Andreas at a good framerate. It's weird that Nova 3, Asphalt 8 and even Real Racing 3 play pretty well on the l70 and San Andreas doesn't.

Im not sure what your talking about lol i really cant belive i got all this done on my phone so far hey do u know how to flash a kernal ? Cuz i think i need one so i can over clock from what i understand

Or do u know of a app i could download that might help with speeding my phone up ?:0
Thanks for your time you have already helped me out a whole lot!

Ha ha, sorry about that. I was talking about the chipset(mobile CPU) that powers yours phone. I'm not too knowledgeable when comes to flashing kernals. I was just happy to have root access on my L70. I would be very careful with how much the L70 overclocked.

Well then i wont overclock it at all.. just will deal with crap graphics. I already deleted. Alot of system. Apps but think i got rid of all i could.. im not real sure what more i can do now with it.. i got a 32g sd card. So i guess i will just download alot of music, what all do you do with your phone?

Btw do u know how to rid the system update on it that keeps coming up when i restart phone? I long press it then go to app info and uncheck dont show notifications. But after i restart have to do it again kinda is driving me crazy

How do you feel about emulation? You can play a lot of the classic console games on emulator apps like snes9x(SNES), fpse(PS ONE), md.emu(Sega Genesis or Mega Drive), and more. I get more mobile gaming enjoyment from emulation than regular mobile games to be honest.

I remember reading about a google framework app that one could freeze to stop the update notification from popping up. I'm not sure if it still works. I didn't reboot my device all that much, so unchecking the update notification worked well for me.

Yea i was going to check into those emulators ,i wanna check out the ply station controller. App so i can play with the controller and yea i guess i will just keep it checked and not try to freeze. I seen a post about that also

Another option for ya is the ipega pg-90025 bluetooth controller. I've used it for all my retro(works with many mobile games too) gaming needs. Plus you don't need root for it to work and holds the phone in place.
