Help lg memory help

I need help i was deleting my app so i could download gta san andres but once i turned it on it says insufficient external memory when i erase the apps that have more gb and it didnt installed but then the externel memory has less memory i need help it didnt installed and the memory its full what can i do ?
 
I didn't understand much. You obviously have a problem with the SDcard. Format it and try again, to load the game. Is this a new card? EBay "special", perhaps?
