Root LG Optimus Chic Calibration Problems

hi I recently bought this phone and when i woke up i wanted to play a game. So i dragged down the notification bar for a minute and it wouldnt move the i tried tapping the search button but it just stays the same i looked for the calibration option but i couldnt find one please help
