Help LG OPTIMUS F3 BRICKED clockworkmod

ok so about a week ago i installed clockworkmod v6.0.4.8 and about 2 days ago i got an update notification for the software, I pressed install now and a while after in the clockwork mod it had abunch of errors and then it restart and it wasn't able to get passed the recovery menu, it would ask me to reboot now, and i pressed yes, then it would ask me if i was sure cuz it would disable the cwm menu, so now i cant get into the system or anything other than recovery mode and download mode, i tried to hard reset and said it couldnt mount /data but i mounts system NEED URGENT HELP PLEASE!!!!

Which software did you get an update notification for? I ask because some custom ROMs have that, but if it was an official update I would not expect that to work properly with a custom recovery installed (it's risky taking an official update if rooted and using stock recovery. An OTA update is a patch that assumes your system software is in particular state, so if you've modified it the effects can be unpredictable).

You really should ask in the device forum, as this stuff is device-specific, but right now I'd say that if you can get into recovery and that is still CWM you can flash a ROM, and I guess you can reflash to stock or install CWM from recovery mode. A hard reset just erases /data, which isn't likely to help. Have you tried manually mounting /data though?
