Lg optimus Fuel Rooted but not working correctly

OK i rooted and installed the programs to check everything all was good til i went to turn on USB Debugger that option is gray and unchangable and in the command screen for removing apps no matter what i try to remove it says invalid command

and help would be greatly apprecitated
