Help lg optimus G video issues

Hey there I have an Issue with streaming through facebook(app) and in browser videos(embedded mostly) my issue is when I go full screen there is no picture only sound, if I tap the screen the picture with return momentarily but the disappear again leaving only sound. It does it in all the browsers ive tried so I'm pretty well stumped.

There's something in settings you have to hit, "Disable hardware overlays" I think
