LG Optimus m+ frozen?

I was using it and it just froze. I dont wanna use a hard reswt cause then it'll just delete everyrhing!

Worry not, a hard reset should not delete everything. You will only lose temporary data that was actively running on the device (the webpage you were browsing, your open applications, etc.), your storage should be fine through a hard reset.
A factory reset is what would delete everything on the device and set it back to the state like when you first received the phone.

To hard reset:
The first thing to do is try to power down/reset the device using the power key. Try to hold it for around 10+ seconds to see if it will force reset. If the power key is not responding then you should carefully remove the battery door then remove the battery for about 30 seconds and then re-insert it and try to power the device back on using the power key.
