I have a android LG OPTIMUS I'm with t mobile and my problem is everytime I watch YouTube or listen to music on my phone it always pauses what do I do to stop this problem

sounds like data problem. You may be close to max data usage if you have not exceeded, already.

So do I got to erase some data of my phone
Is your signal poor or weak? Does it do the same when you watch/listen on WiFi?
