my straight talk lg optimus q is freezing for a few minutes and sometimes the touch screen becomes unresponsibe. Is there anything I might have done to it to break it? I don't have a lot of apps installed I've turned it off/ removed the battery several times when it remained frozen for a while. I've dropped a bunch of calls already because the touch screen won't let me pick up, and I'm seriously thinking about returning it.
