Root LG optimus sol bricked

i just bricked my lg optimus sol but i still can go emegency mode what to do how to unbrick?

I bricked my L35G also. I accidently moved my system/lib and system/usr folders into the app folder which instantly froze my file explorer. It will boot into recovery but never finishes and boots up. I've tried using KDZ and a copy of the stock ROM, as well as LG's software update utility. Hopefully someone will figure out a fix for this. Here is a log file from KDZ

I'm also not sure if i'm getting into emergency mode or not either. I never have a screen that says emergency.
