My phone isn't syncing to my gmail account.
this started 2 days ago. i was searching the internet on the browser (the standard one) and i got a pop up (which has never happened before) stating my phone had a virus and it started attempting something on it's own so i closed the browser and turned off my phone.
when i restarted it playstore wasn't letting me download things, youtube and videos streamed through browser would play for five seconds then pause, and it kept closing me out of text boxes before i was finished typing erasing everything. so i factory reset everything.
now the videos stream correctly and i can type uninterrupted, but i can not sync my gmail account to my phone. it will sync on the browser but not my phone. i can't go to the playstore either and the youtube app on my phone doesn't work even though the browser version works fine.
