Help LG P350 Phone Configuration

Hi guys.. help.. I don't know how to configure my phone P350.. I tried sending request from SUN CELLULAR network but it's not sending me back it's settings.. The customer care rep told me that I can set it manually .. but how?

The instructions to configure are located at Sun Cellular

You may be able to use the instructions for the LG P500 since it is also android but I think I would call Sun Cellular again to as for step by step instructions since none are given on their site.
