Help LG Pad TV/video/account problem

I bought BBC Planet Earth from the play store on my old tablet, but it died, and my new one, the LG G Pad, doesn't find it. When navigate to the store I get offered to buy it again.

I'm sure I'm logged in to the same account (could be wrong!), but I can't access it. Don't know who to ask or what to do. All suggestions gratefully accepted.

Well first thing to do, if you say you could be wrong, is to make sure you are logged in with the same account.
