Help LG Prada won't USB charge on PC

Hi, I have an LG Prada and I just bought a USB cable online to use at work. When I plug it in it says the phone is charging but its not charging, the cable is fine for data transfer but won't charge my phone. I have used a different cable on the same PC that has worked, is there something I need to do to the USB drive or on my phone to enable charging? Thanks

Have you tried using a different port? Have you gone into settings and enabled charge only?
