I think I should be putting this in lg spirit thread but not sure.
So I would love to just introduce myself and give some background info BUT...
I got a little carried away with my lg spirit : history
I rooted the phone months ago went well no problems , then last week wifi and playstore stopped working not sure why tried to use backup to fix but phone said backup error cant read.
So I thought okay I will try a rom to see if that fixes the problem I tried Katana , Samarui, and icy spirit , none fixed the issue ,( although I loved the roms cant figure out why I waited so long ). I was able to get the playstore working only because I lucked out and updated a app and it seemed to fix the problem.
So I then was researching the wifi problem I saw a cpu kernel I believe by Playful God and even though he said if you dont know what your doing dont do it , well I thought I did as the process seemed very simple and I have rooted and used roms many times in the past. So I researched what kernels are and how they work , again I thought no problem so as described I used cwm to install , did something wrong dont know what ;now phone wont start I get an error. I believe it calls out a boot error but it doesnt stay on the screen long enough.
I DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING AFTERALL.
Please help a newbie fix And I promise I will be much more careful in the future.
