LG Stylo 4 strange Firmware Update

So I have a LG STYLO 4 from boost mobile. Recently had charge port break lose an repaired at home.
But the weirdest error displays when I've had phone turned off and plugged into a portable charger. Reference picture.
States Firmware Update and Do not unplug USB cable until process is complete.

Has anyone ever seen this??
