i'm needing to unlock my phone from any carrier...could you help me ??
I have a Lg Stylo 4 LM-G710CS

i am disabled and i dont have much money so im hopping its less then 6 bucks if it cost..

it is white-listed and i want to use it.
hope to hear back from someone on how to help me on getting it fixed

First off you should edit your post and remove your IMEI number as that should not be shared publicly.

First thing you should try is calling your carrier to unlock the phone. Most carriers do this for free. T-mobile and MetroPCS even go as far as providing an app that does the unlocking.

There's also third party services online, but price depends on the device. I've paid as little as about $8 and as much as $24. DoctorSim was the last online service I used.

You can also take it to a phone shop that does this. The last one I went to charged me $10 for the LG Stylo 2.

As mentioned, price varies per device. Have you tried getting pricing from different services online?

This has become a shady industry so I just stick with DoctorSIM which I trust, but I think your device will be at least $12 with them, if not more.

Just get pricing from different services and see if one meets your pricing requirement or comes close. Also you can check your local mall, there's usually a couple of phone shops with unlocking services.
