LG Stylo 6 Screen Saver

Both my husband and I just got new Stylo6's and we love them. One thing though - on his phone, when charging, the clock screen saver comes on automatically, whereas even though I have it turned on on mine, it doesn't. It works when I press "start screen saver" and its set to automatically start when charging, it just won't, and I can't seem to figure out why.

Try restarting the device.
Note that I said 'restart', and NOT 'reset' (two very different things!).

I've tried turning the screen saver option off and restarting, and then turning it back on and restarting again, no dice
