Help LG Tablet

I went to charge my LG tablet, when it automatically went to Firmware update and the bottom it says USER B35 Uprooted and it is showing no progress still 0%. Is this some kind of malware? I'm stumped. Has anyone had this before?

On another forum you state it says CONSUMER B35. If you expect help, we need to know precisely what the error message is.
 
I don't know about the other forum, it is just as I have asked. For a couple of hours, the LG tablet will not turn off, it seems the screen has frozen with it saying FIRMWARE UPDATE Do not unplug the USB connection until the process is complete. But the progress bar is 0% and at the bottom in a box reads USER B35 Unrooted. It is an LG V700 tablet is there any problems with this tablet?

Why are you making it so difficult? A proper description is needed to help, I doubt it says uprooted on the onscreen error message.

I'm not here to play games so best of luck but I'm not wasting any more time.
