Root Lg tribute boot loop help me

Im new at this, my recovery mode on my phone is version <3e> KOT49I.LS660ZV5 and my phone doesn't boot into the android os i was wondering if i could fix it by flashing an update or am I stuck in this eternal loop and if so point me to the right direction, im not sure if its a rom I need or if its a boot image or recovery or what not.

Is your phone rooted & have you installed TWRP's recovery? I need to know some of this before being able to help![emoji3]

Is your phone rooted & have you installed TWRP's recovery? I need to know some of this before being able to help![emoji3]

I have the same issue. It's bone stock. I can only get into recovery and download mode.
