I recently acquired phone I rooted it ownloaded twrp recovery and flashed cynogenMOD then decided really didn't ike it so I deleted everything including the OS now I'm screwed umless someone on here knows something anything that my help

You should still have twrp. Load another OS on to an sdcard and flash it.
