Help LG Tribute volume issues

I have a problem hearing any ringtones over any background noise. I have my volume cranked up on all settings, tried all the ringtones and some apps to make volume louder and some for different ringtones. Still no improvement. Any suggestions?

Perhaps you've tried some of the mp3 volume apps to increase ring tone volume, it's not clear from your post. If you have then the device isn't capable of producing more volume, because of its hardware. If you haven't, that's the only thing I can think of.
