I have a at&t V10. The call log is not recording any activity, incoming, out going, missed.
AT&T support was no help.

Once again,AT&T apparently thinks they know best as to what the customer needs/wants on their device.
The V10 has a filter built into the call log. Go to the call log, open the Filter option in the menu, and see what's currently selected.
