Help LG V10 call log

I have a at&t V10. The call log is not recording any activity, incoming, out going, missed.
AT&T support was no help.
Any ideas?

T-Mobile V10 here:
I thought I was missing some call history, but, it was user error :paperbagdroid: :
Try scrolling the screen/page after you get to the call history/call log page.
 
Then take it back to the store and tell them you want them to make it work or replace it.

If you have the call logs tab & nothing is showing up, I think a call to AT&T is in order.

On the T-Mobile V10, it's a Greyed-out option, meaning, its fixed, can't be deselected/turned-off/hidden, unlike the groups & favorites options.

Is this the same with the AT&T version?
 
Once again,AT&T apparently thinks they know best as to what the customer needs/wants on their device.
Don't tell me,there's some AT&T bloatware app that will come to the rescue................. :rolleyes:
 
The V10 has a filter built into the call log. Go to the call log, open the Filter option in the menu, and see what's currently selected.

Even then, once you escape the filters view, you should be able to see all activity. (Received/Outgoing/Missed).

Only other thing I can think of is if there's some sort of "Cleaning" app that the OP has installed, that is clearing call history.

If anyone has such an app installed, I can't scream loud enough to UNINSTALL IT YESTERDAY.
