It's a decent match, but, the T-Mobile US model is even better:

That's a Hong Kong version. It may not support EE 4G in the UK. 2G and 3G no problems.

I just got off the phone with the tech support at EE UK and ran through the H961N 4g frequencies with him, the main ones they use are 800 and 2600.the only thing this doesn't cover is 800 but he said that is for penetration into big buildings.
Kolio,that US one is indeed a better match but almost non-existent here in the UK.
Plus these HK imports are dual sim,something we don't often find in Britain.
I think ill take the plunge.
