I got an LG V10 about 2 weeks ago. One thing I've noticed is when I get a notification while my phone is locked, it takes forever for the screen to turn off again. I've looked in settings for options, but can't find anything. I just want my screen to turn off when I get a notification while my screen is locked.

Go to Settings > Display > Basic Settings > Screen Timeout & select one of the options available.

Does it use that timer for the lock screen as well?
This does not work. I've sat here and watched my screen stay on for the last 10 minutes after receiving one notification, while it is set to timeout after 2 minutes
If screen time out is not working,then you may have to do a factory reset.
