LG V20 Assistance Please

New member here in need of assistance

I have searched for what I am looking for in here with no luck. My LG V20 has ads that are on the lock screen. I have searched all over the net looking for hints of what the problem could be. I have deleted any recent installed apps and even restarted my phone. I have looked in the google play store under settings and so on. This is annoying as hell can anyone be of assistance? I am not an expert by no means so please try and keep it simple.

- Xender

- Z Camera (and Zero Team apps)

I haven't used GO in years. All their apps are infested with ads/adware. Hopefully that was the last ad you will see.
