LG V20 to Get Android 8.0 Oreo in August

I heard that the LG V20 is going to get Oreo in August. LG hasn't confirmed this yet. Who's excited for Android Oreo?

I'll say I'm partially excited. I mean it's been a while and I was hoping this would happen sooner

However my mobile is very stable and does all I need it to do. so I'm torn. I don't know of anything in 8.0 (also I heard it will actually be 8.01 but whatever) that I just need to have that my mobile doesn't do now.

I have google assistant if I want it.

But, most of coverages focusing mainly on LG G5's Oreo update, it seems like G5 will receive oreo before V20. I'm waiting for Oreo in my phone.
