LG V30 or hawai mate 20 (the non pro version)

I'm considering buying one of the two
What is important for me:
1. Clarity and sharpness of the phone display, as I will use also to read
2. Camera - both selfi for vlogging and back camera for stills. I usually do prefer wide
3. fast response and convenient
4. I will not use it for games.
5. speaker quality both ear and external.
6. protection and weather sealed
7. reliability
8. size ...light and thin is better

In any in one of them I intend to install iPhone gestures by app. make it "iPhone" as much as possible

Price is the similar $600-$700 (the mate 20 cost $100 more), which is better?

Some Huawei have better cameras but overall LG makes better phones. LCD screens and batteries made by LG are considered best of the industry.
