I have a cricket LG X Charge. I really thought it would be a great phone, but from about the 2nd week of having it shows its charging when it isn't plugged in and it seems to get hot and the screen will start jumping around. Also when it dies it takes forever to come back on. Cricket stores say they can't do anything with it since no insurance and send it to LG. Does anyone else have similar issues and what is the process and charges of sending it in to be fixed?

Cricket has a 1 year warranty, so the manufacturer has to replace it, free of charge.
I know, as I have Cricket and had a issue with my wife's phone that was replaced free of any charges...
