LG Xcharge not charging

I guess it was ok yesterday, but now it's down to 14%. I checked all the connections: wall to cord, cord to phone. The last part seems a little loose.

Believe it or not, we actually had the money to come up with a fancy new charger for it, almost 30 bucks. It works great. Now we just have to get the money to put it back on because they cut it off despite partial payment.
