My phone, lgg4, after restart it says.
optimizing 1of 3 apps, it started out just 1 of 1,then 2of 2, now its 3 of 3. I havent installed any new apps lately or really changed anything. I did buy a cheap battery charger and a couple extra batteries but it was a while after that when this started.
