Im trying to find out how to turn on roaming or mobile network becausr it says not roaming mobile network disconected

Roaming just for telephony is an account setting, not a phone setting, so you need to speak to your service provider about that. Assuming that is enabled, data roaming should be a control in your mobile network settings.
Mobile data should be prominent in your settings, probably a quick toggle in your notification slide as well (I don't know this specific phone, so just talking about Android in general). I'm assuming you are not accidentally in airplane mode BTW.
You've not said whether you are currently away from your home network, i.e. roaming, but I'm guessing that is the case.
