Am having issues with Windows XP recognizing my LG Stylo 2 Plus (K550) phone.
I installed the LG Mobile Driver (LGMobileDriver_WHQL_Ver_4.2.0.exe) but when I put the phone into the download mode and connect it to the PC, Windows says "Found new hardware Android" and opens the Found New Hardware Wizard that wants to install a driver for the new Android device. Since I already installed the driver I am not sure what else I should install with this wizard. If I just cancel out of the wizard Windows says "A problem occurred during installation, your new hardware might not work properly".
Any ideas why Windows does not recognize the device even with the LG mobile driver installed or how to resolve the above? Thanks
