Can someone please help me, my lgms323 is stuck on the lock screen and I can't type in my password because it is notifying me that "Unfortunately, LG Keyboard has stopped." I also can't enter debugging mode, and I don't want to factory reset my phone because I have important files on it.

Help LGMS323 Keyboard has stopped working

This post is for when you can't even get into your phone because you can't enter a password. I hope it still works on your system. Before you try it, have you a memory card for your important files? Another device to which you can transfer? You're going to need them because this method is going to do a factory reset.
I was amazed at how many returns I got from that term: "Unfortunately, LG Keyboard has stopped." That is one busy thread I found this post on too! There was some discussion there about LG having a problem with other keyboards besides its own system keyboard. Well, you'll see it all there; it's definitely worth the perusal. P.S. You didn't say if you'd already run a search for that term and I hope you're not annoyed at me for coming in with such an obvious, newbie - old-fashioned - suggestion. Having lived out in the middle of nowhere for most of my adult life, I have become accustomed to finding my answers by myself because there's nobody around to ask about it anyway, and worse, even I know more than most of the people around me. I don't use knowledgeable or efficient search terms so much, just ask a question naturally as if the search engine were a person, and then I read everything I get back, because it might be one paragraph from a site I'd never heard of that contains my answer. And, I enjoy this kind of thing.
