Help LGmTalkSFDB file what is it? can I delete it?

Under storage>Misc. there is a file named LGmTalkSFDB and it's taking taking up 3.75MB. What is this file and can I safely delete it? Also recently noticed under storage the colored status bar, The red <misc> folder is taking up more on the status bar than what is showing in the Misc. Folder
What is going on here?
