Light bleed - Appears to be getting worse

I'm in the UK and bought my Transformer from Comet about a month ago. It had slight light bleed at the bottom and one edge, and this appears to have gotten worse, but I think it might just be me worrying about it. Has anyone with light bleed issues noticed them getting worse? If I take it back to the store will they send it for repair or just exchange?

Normally, it can't get worse unless you change the brightness/contrast of your display. The bleed is of a physical nature and is caused by the backlight shining through the LCD display panel and usually this will always happen the same way. I think you're just imagining it to be honest.

I also have a small light bleed bottom near the ASUS Logo. In normal use with Apps it's not noticeable.
I believe this high quality screen is the same as used in the iPad and iPad owners also complain of the bleed.
If you exchange it you may find you still have it but in a different place.

Yep iPads have the same issue. Some are worse than others for sure, but unless your using a dark background, I don't see an issue. I can notice some on my during start up, but thats it.

minor light bleed around the bottom edges of my screen but thats not at all noticable unless you really look for it.

BUT! have noticed there is a 'lighter' patch off to the left center of the screen....defo not a smudge, i can live with it, as its not major, but if it gets worse will holler Asus
