link s3 s planner to ipad calendar - is this possible?

Hi. I have a new phone samsung s3. I already use my ipad calendar (not in email) for all my personal appts etv. I would like to link that calendar to my s3 s planner (not in email) so i only have one calendar. Is this possible?
