linking facebook contacts on samsung S4

I just bought a Samsung S4 but am unable to sink facebook with my contacts as I did on my previous phone - HTC Incredible S. Anyone know how to overcome this problem?

Hi here Go to your contactlist. Open settings and choose 'Sync settings'.
Tap Facebook and Sync now.
