Linking fails in link2sd

i have micromax canvas 2 Colours and it has low internal storage. I decided to root my phone and then i installed link2sd and partitoned my sd card as ext4 of 2.24gb and i followed every step correctly. I configured sd card with link2sd correctly but when i try to link my app then it shows link successful and reboot option comes with app. After reboot apps get lost and no apps is running and when i use native apps2sd transfer then it works fine but i want to create link. Please help someone.

Welcome to the forum.

One bit confuses me here: ".. and reboot option comes with app". I really don't know what you mean here. It is about 2 years since I used that app, but I've no memory of having to reboot after linking.

When you say "apps get lost" after a reboot do you mean that it's no longer found on your device at all? Which parts of the app are you trying to move?

And can you describe your card's partitions (size, type and order) and what you used to do the partitioning? With my previous phone using partitioned cards to extend storage was very common (it had very little storage itself) and we did find that people who'd used Minitool Partition Wizard to partition the cards often had problems making things work - in those cases repartitioning using GParted would fix things. So if we can't see anything else wrong but you did use MiniTool then repartitioning the card with something better might be worth a try.
