Root List of Programs that can be deleted??

Does anyone have an updated list of all the programs we can delete without causing any issues?
I would like to get rid of all the bloatware on my phone.

Also from what I have been reading is root explorer the best program to use for rooting? I would obviously not want to pay for any programs if I do not have to howeveer if it is worth it I will do it.

Root Explorer is not for removing programs/apps, but it is the best File explorer for rooted users. It's definitely worth the money, but also available on the net for free if you don't mind doing a little searching. Titanium Backup is the app you want to remove unwanted apps.
