No offense, but Antivirus Software on Android is a joke...An Antivirus works by knowing common virus's and then scanning files to see if it contains that virus. There are currently 0 virus's for Android, meaning that antivirus has nothing to look for. All it is doing is taking up space.
But I guess if it gives you peace of mind, then you can keep it.

True, there aren't viruses as such, However there are supposedly fake apps which it has warned me of. I guess the name is misleading
