listen local radio from pc

I need to listen or record local FM from pc
I have bluetooth on both pc and phone
Its main purpose is recording
Any choice?

First thing you'd need is an FM radio I think. Alternatively many FM stations do have streamed internet feeds you might be able to record.

Shoutcast has ton of local stations on it. Go to the Shoutcast webpage and type in a station call sign SHOUTcast Radio - Listen to Free Online Radio Stations.
