Listen to Samsung Galaxy SIII Through PC Speakers

Can someone tell me what sort of cable or software I would need in order to play by SIII through my PC speakers. Can I use a USB cable, or would I need some sort of connection to my sound card?

i would hazard a guess at playing the music using app on your phone and using a straight forward audio cable (headphone socket plug) think its 3.5mm but im struggling to remember! lol

plug one end in the headphone socket and one into a line in socket on the speaker

I'm not aware of any apps that can make your phone into a music player for your computer using the USB cable. Then again, I haven't looked.

Most PC speakers use a 3.5mm TRS plug to get sound out of your computer. That same plug should fit your phone's earphone jack.

If you want to play through your computer, you can always use a standard shielded "stereo" 3.5mm TRS male to TRS male cable to run the earphone out on the phone to the line in on the computer. You'll just need to get another cable to link the phone to the computer.

I bought a logitech bluetooth adaptor for my sterio system, and play my music and internet radio wirelessly through bluetooth from my samsung galaxy s3.

I think you can use it with a computer too, and it works really well.
